Boston was cold. eleven below after the wind chill, to be precise. i loved it. every bit of it. harvard and cheers, and subways and six dollar camels. damn.
my old band is reuniting for one night on march 16. i'm nervous. what if we're so good that i get pissed we aren't together anymore? oh well. at least i'm getting paid. let me know if you want a sticker and i'll send you one. or come to juanita's to hear us and buy one. cheap ass.
i'll have a masters degree in higher education this may. i'll be the most overqualified waiter at mike's place. but at least i'll have my damn degree. and you can't take that away, lee greenwood.
quitting smoking is a bitch. i've done it three times this year. after spring break, no more. well, after comps, no more. well, after i find a job...ah shit.
i hear quite the buzz about the arctic monkeys, but i've yet to listen to them. they're supposed to be all the rage in britain this year, kinda like keane was last year. and what happened to them? i liked those guys a ton.
if you had your choice of buying the new album by your favorite indie artist online or through itunes, or by going down to the cool, hip local music shop where the hot owner is always playing good music and giving free coffee out by the cup, which would you do?

Just the other day I was wondering how your masters was coming. Random thought... but I'm glad to hear that you'll be done in May! Hopefully I'll be starting on mine this fall.
I loved Boston, but I was there during the summer.
And, if I had my choice... I'd totally be going down to the cool, hip local music shop where the hot owner is always playing good music and giving free coffee out by the cup. Totally only if the owner was hot, though. :o)
